Position Summary

The Finance / FP&A Manager will ensure the Company’s financial analytics, budgets and forecasts are in order and communicated to the C suite and Board.  Specifically, the responsibility involves the understanding of the Company’s historical performance as well as an understanding of the key assumptions and trends that impact future performance and requires a broad understanding of both accounting and business operations.   The position is a central liaison between the corporate and operations teams, maintaining contact with all areas of the enterprise including operations, sales, marketing, treasury and accounting.  Specifically, the group is primarily charged with planning, i.e. it produces the annual budget, quarterly forecasting and ad hoc analytics to aid senior management in decision making.  This position will be responsible for oversight of budgeting and forecasting as well as decisioning support, Board level materials and special projects (M&A, research, financial statement preparation, etc).  The position requires a self-driven individual that relies on sound decision making and possesses solid business judgment. An ideal candidate will exhibit proven accounting and financial leadership skills in a complex, growth environment. Reports to VP of Corporate Finance.


  • Consolidate Company’s financial data, conduct variance analysis, prepare financial packages, and present financial results to senior management
  • Work alongside business unit owners to prepare Budgets and Forecasts
  • Conduct analysis and produce materials for Board presentations
  • Assist with strategic planning including development of the Company’s Long Range Plan
  • Build and maintain sales pricing models
  • Provide financial support for sales compensation planning
  • Other special projects as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors in Finance or Accounting is required, masters preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience required, payments experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, including extended hours during peak periods
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills a must
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with lookups and pivot tables
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Financial statement reporting experience
  • Experience working in or with NetSuite (Cloud based accounting application) a plus
